Actually this isn't Middle English, the language of Chaucer. It's a pastiche
of Renaissance English, the language of Shakespeare. And it should read:
"Whilst on the File menu, thou shouldst click Save. If thou dost
experience problems, contacteth thy account representative."
You never use the -eth construction with shouldst or dost.
