The East Tennessee Chapter of STC will hold its 21st Practical Conference
on Communication (PCOC) October 23-15 at the downtown Hilton in Knoxville,
TN. The first two days will feature presentations on a variety of topics,
including practical writing and editing tips, workplace strategies, and the
Internet. The third day will focus on freelancing, contracting, and
independent consulting.
