The best cure/prevention I've found for CTS is a mouse pad with a built-in
gel-filled wrist rest. The brand name is Gel-eez. I got mine at Fry's for
about $10 each. I have one at work and one at home, and they are worth
every penny. The company also makes wrist rests for keyboarding, too.
I also find that it helps if I get up and walk away from the computer every
hour or so. Good luck!
