Tabatha - can you be more specific? Do you need to follow FDA
guidelines, or other guidelines? What is your audience - the medical
technicians, computer people, support, or what? What is your product,
medical supplies, computer software or support? It doesn't do any good
to send templates that you would find irrelevant.
