I guess I did not provide enough information in my quest for
templates or examples, so here goes.... What I am trying to do is
document one persons job responsibilites and create procedures for that
job. For example, if someone in the company qual-cheks a drug file, the
steps might be as follows:
1. Logon to the system
2. Type: $OUT
3. Grep for "NDC"
4. Review the list of NDCs and make sure the follow NDCs are present
00004-0822-22, 00005-0977-05, 06579-0000-79.
5. Notify Operations that the file has been qual-cheked and the product
can now be built.
6. Sign the qual-chek form and file it in the DrugFile Binder
Does this help?

Help, I need examples. I am trying to create a template for company
(internal) procedures regarding the creation of our products. Please
forward me any examples or templates that you use. Anything will be
appreciated. I want to find out what works best for those using the
procedures, so feel free to add your comments.
You can write to me off-line at Tabatha_helm -at- medispan -dot- com
Thank you!
