You have been contracted by a new company who has never used a Help
authoring tool of any kind. They are Windows NT based, using Office
95 and are looking to develop online help for internal consumption
immediately with a long-range view of using HTML for delivery to
clients.
Please advise what help authoring tool you would recommend and why.
The requestor is also interested in hearing about any stories from
