Anyone using Folio products?

I am creating online documentation for a customized PeopleSoft
implementation, and PeopleSoft's online tool of choice is Folio Views. I
have been working with Views (essentially a browser) and Folio Builder
(essentially a compiler for development) for months now, and the
products are great.

It seems that few people have caught on to what Folio can do, which is
in many respects a blend of WinHelp and HTML Help functionality. Folio
uses compressed infobases of documentation that are automatically
indexed on the fly. The infobases fully support hypertext (Folio uses
its own HTML-like code for markup) within/between infobases and to the
Web.

Context sensitivity is no problem. You can use Folio's import filters to
bring in just about any type of document, or even a Web site if you
want. Users can create shadow files and highlight text, add notes, and
bookmark important locations. You can print infobases start to finish
like a standard document or pick and choose sections to compile a
"tailored" printed document. Is all of this too good to be true? What
are the drawbacks, and why do so few people know about this product?

What is the word on Folio products amongst my fellow communicators? I
would like to hear any and all stories about Folio experiences.
