Subject:Trying to avoid... From:Pat Gantt <pagantt -at- POSTOFFICE -dot- WORLDNET -dot- ATT -dot- NET> Date:Wed, 17 Sep 1997 07:05:20 -0500
Gang,
Now that I fanned the pet peeves and it
seems to have run it's course (I was the paradigm
hater) got a related question. Even tho.
this is primarily a technical writing list...
I know we have closet types like myself
that a fine tech. writers but also into
delivery and design. (Hi folks from all
the one-on-ones!) We are the folks that
help tech. writers become such.
So here it is... what are some terms that
can be used that avoid the negative connotations
of these:
education ?
train ?
teach ?
instruct ?
Seems to me all of the above can be a problem
when trying to put a title to what it is
I do...
Suggestions?
