requirements
* Degree or advanced degree in technical writing or English
* Interest in or experience in writing software and training
documentation
* Experience with Windows 95 a plus
* Proficiency in either Microsoft Word for Windows 7.0, Microsoft
Office 97, and FrameMaker 5 a plus
* Experience with on-line help software, such as RoboHelp or
HTML-based Help, a plus
