I used to be a radio news anchor. Many anchors use all caps for their copy
(saves a bit of prep time on breaking stories). I always found it nearly
impossible to read. Whenever I was pushed to the last minute with a breaking
story, I would instead go with all lower case. The variety of the letters
makes for much easier reading.
