My pet peeve?

Could of, should of, would of (instead of could have, should have, and
would have)

Someone has already collected and published a collection of common
"problem" words and expressions. In fact, it's called the Dictionary of
Problem Words and Expressions and it contains most of the phrases folks
have mentioned so far.
