Metaphors, then Use Cases

Subject: Metaphors, then Use Cases

Last week we had a brief discussion about metaphor. Since it's something
techwriters frequently use and contend with, it doesn't hurt to learn more
about it. Here's a nifty site I stumbled across today in my search for
information on use cases. (Anyone else out there dealing with use cases?)
