For Front Page 97 and other web publishing issues, you can't go wrong
with the Laura LeMay Web Workshop series. For some strange reason, I was
not able to find the series at Amazon, but here's Laura's own web site:
This is a great series and includes another great book on creating web
graphics and one on JavaScript. She edited all the books, which is why
they carry her name. They're simple, well-written, and practical. That
said, be aware that FrontPage 98 will be out in Q4 and it is quite
different, I think. I just got the beta myself and haven't had a chance
to even play with it yet.
