If you're interested in working in Germany, you'll find a number of job
ads for technical writers under http://www.tekom.de They're all in
German and most probably require some knowledge of German. Another place
to look would be http://web.de a search engine with German-only content.
They have quite a large section on employment, should be a good place to
start.
