Subject:Word files in Windows 95 NT From:"klein, david" <dk2445 -at- TXMAIL -dot- SBC -dot- COM> Date:Mon, 20 Oct 1997 12:30:16 -0500
Hi,
I am having a strange problem in Windows 95 NT . MS Word files with
more than one word in their name do not open if I double click them in
"My Computer" or in Explorer. Powerpoint and Excel files open with no
problem and I can open the Word files from within Word.
Word tries to open each word in the file name as an individual document.
Also, if the folder has more than one word in its name Word tries to
open each of those words as a document.
Sorry this sounds so confusing....
Has anyone ever seen this problem??
Thanks,
David Klein
