Can anyone tell me how to include the chapter, section, and page number
in the table of contents. I am trying to automate the TOC and index for
some existing documents that use page numbers that look like this 3-2-1.
That would be chapter 3, section 2, page 1. I have automated the page
numbering but can't get the section number to show up in the TOC. I've
searched high and low for the right field code but haven't been able to
make it happen. Anyone out there have an answer.
