In an effort to keep my first post short, I left out a few details.
I've received a suggestion that I check the archives regarding
this. I have. The cases I've found refer primarily to page
numbering. Also, people have talked about SR-1 release solving
their problems. The SR-1 release has *not* worked for us. We aren't
having problems (so far) with page numbering, just with outlining.
Has anyone had this particular problem and tried the Enterprise
release rather than SR-1 to fix it? Did it work? How did you get
the Enterprise release? We settled for using the SR-1 (difficult
enough to find) when we couldn't find/acquire the Enterprise
release. (Some of the URLs suggested in the archives have been
moved, but links to the new didn't work.)
