We use it to provide what the User needs (most of the time!). There is a
12 page A5 User Guide which covers 95% of the day to day operations the
user will want to do. We then provide a User Reference manual (large)
which covers all the software features - things that are usually only going
to be of interest to somebody at Administrator level. Doing this we ensure
that people get the info they need (they'll read a 12 page manual!) and the
ref is there as backup when required.
