This may be a driver problem. The HP LJ 5si PS driver used to cause
similar problems with our files. It turned out to be a problem with some
of the PCL codes that the driver put into the file to switch from PCL to
PS mode. I think Adobe's HP 5si PS driver takes care of this problem.
