Subject: Is there a list/site dedicated to Web Site Editing?

Does anyone know if there is a list dedicated
specifically to editing copy and new content--for Web Sites only?

I have questions such as:

What is the ideal passage length?-Someone told me one minute of
reading material was best on a Web page.

Is there a preferred style guide for Web editing?

etc.etc.

Any help appreciated.
