engagements with our Fortune 100 clients. In this role, you will be
responsible for:
** working with our Senior Account Representatives to identify project goals,
objectives, and strategies
** managing KTI project teams for timeliness and quality
** managing client expectations and satisfaction
** expanding client relationships
You should have a minimum of five years experience in project management and
an understanding of the full documentation and training project life cycle.
Proven ability to create long-term business relationships is required.
Experience in the financial services, insurance, telecommunications or
high-technology sectors is preferred.
Experience with instructional technology, online information delivery, and
business analysis is desired.
