Hello All.
I tried to post this RFH (Request For Help?) last week but I think I did
something haywire because I never saw any evidence of it going out properly.
Would be most appreciative if any of you know of a good reference book, or
other source on putting together quality white papers -- style, structure,
format, etc., -- preferably something I could go out and purchase as a
reference tool. Thanks!
Susan K. Sylvia
