Subject:White Paper Definition From:Tim Altom <taltom -at- IQUEST -dot- NET> Date:Mon, 10 Nov 1997 09:01:13 -0600

CA for a company called ForWord Communication. It has a definition of "white
paper" that seemed to me to be simple and fairly complete. The URL is http://www.forword.com/WhatIs.html.
