Mike,
I can't remember your original post exactly. If you are thinking about
hiring someone, it sounds like you're looking for a clone of yourself.
That might not be the best thing. Maybe you should be looking for
someone who works differently than you do. Opposites tend to complement
each other. You might find another viewpoint very refreshing and
enlightening.
