I'd say that depends on the template style you are using -- the
bullets/numbers themselves set off the list items. If your style doesn't
set them off enough, perhaps indenting is a good idea. We use space
above/below, bold numbers, and the bullets to set ours off. Works well.
Again, think it can go either way -- depends on design of template.
