Subject:More trademark issues From:Steven Jong <SteveFJong -at- AOL -dot- COM> Date:Fri, 14 Nov 1997 13:49:21 -0500
Jennifer Jelinek <jlkraus -at- AMETEKWATER -dot- COM> asked about a seemingly weird
request to render a company logo in all uppercase.
Having worked for Digital, who wanted its name rendered as DIGITAL in
documentation, I don't see that as weird 8^)
Seriously, the form of capitalization can be important to the trademark.
Since it's inconvenient to try to render the exact color and shape of a
trademark, the least we can do is get the capitalization straight.
