"This problem exists in all language versions of cc:Mail Release 7 and
has been resolved in cc:Mail Release 8. The problem is
caused by the international time format, which uses 24 hours. If the
files are saved in the morning before 12:00 h (12:00 PM)
there is no problem. However, if the files are saved after 12:00 h, for
example at 17:00 h (5:00 PM), they cannot be opened."
Thanks to those who responded.
