Kristen,
To print pages in portrait and landscape in the same document, insert a
hard section break between the pages that will have different formats.
Then go to Page Setup under File, then to the paper size tab, where you
can switch between the two orientations. Make sure to use hard section
(not page) breaks each time you want to change the orientation.
If you're using headers and footers, you'll need to turn off the "same
as previous" option and fix those margins. You'll also need to change
the "start at" page number if you turn off the "same as previous"
option.
Hope this helps.
