Hi Kerry,

Click on the Insert Button button to add the Authorable button, click on
the Macro (or custom) button and select ExecFile from the list.
And it should be something like:
ExecFile(myfile.pdf)
Be sure to put the PDF file in the same folder as the help file so it
can   find it.

Hello Blue Sky-
I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out how to insert a macro into a
RH4 file. The macro will be accessed via an authorable button and will
open up either an MS Word template or a PDF (via Acrobat Reader 3.0).
Can you please send me an example of this type of macro (ExecFile I
think???). I've gone through the manual several times and can't find it.
I've also asked on the Techwr-L and Winhelp-L listservs. Nobody seems to
know. Any help you can provide me with would be greatly appreciated.
