There is a WinHelp list. Send an email to:

LISTSERV -at- ADMIN -dot- HUMBERC -dot- ON -dot- CA

Use the subscribe command:

SUBSCRIBE WINHLP-L <yourname>

I believe that is the correct form of the command.
