Project management software for writing departments
Subject:Project management software for writing departments From:Alexa Campbell <acampbell -at- CGC -dot- CA> Date:Wed, 19 Nov 1997 11:11:37 -0600
I'd like information on project management software that people are
using.
We have a department of 11 people--writers, graphic designers, a
translator and a web manager--who work on a variety of projects, from
scientific articles to speeches to news releases to procedures manuals.
Some projects are a few hours in length; some are several months. Most
involve more than one staff person.
We have been using rather informal methods for planning and tracking
projects, and we need something more formal, with reasonable reporting
capabilities.
