Subject:Hendry's research on online doc From:Laurie Morgan <lmorgan -at- BNI -dot- CA> Date:Mon, 24 Nov 1997 14:51:27 -0500
I was reading Karen Shriver's Dynamics in Document Design and she
mention research by J. Hendry (1995) in which he/she? evaluated an
online document structured in SGML. I was interested in more info
regarding this study but it isn't referenced in the book's bibliography
that I can find (at least not under Hendry.)
Does anyone know where I can find more information about this research
and its results?
