Subject:Matrix management From:"Mark L. Levinson" <mark -at- MEMCO -dot- CO -dot- IL> Date:Mon, 1 Dec 1997 11:58:57 +0200
I've been asked to contribute to some ISO-ization in specific and
some possible rethinking in general, in our corner of the company.
I'd like to hear from anyone with knowledge or opinions about a
matrix management system in which administrative responsibility
for writers is handled in the context of R&D teams while
professional responsibility belongs to a technical-writing
department.
