On-line documentation should be seen not only in relation to field help,
but also in relation to paper documentation. On-line documentation gives
the user a lot easier access to the full manual than the paper doc. When
you transfer the doc from its electronic base file to its on-line doc
media, you can code in full-text search capabilities and other access
tools.
