Not a flame, just taking a break... Not familiar with English? I though the
person who posted the request is from the UK. Maybe they don't say "please" and
"thank you" over there? (I got disciplined for that as a child, so I over do it
now, thank you). ;-)
Seriously now... As tech writers we always have to keep in mind our audience,
and that must also be true when we write e-mail. So, let's forgive this guy's
trespasses and give him a hand--after he gives us more info and promises to
give us the results.
