Search the FrameMaker 5.5 directory on your disk for "ecology". This is
the example book, 8.5" x 11" as I recall (my computer's hosed today, so I
can't run Frame to see it), that you see when you select Help>Samples and
Clip Art>Book. Copy this whole book folder to a place where you can play
with it. There's a TOC, Index, and chapters, all with content. Get to know
these documents well, and you'll have the basis for a great book.
