Subject:I need a book suggestion From:Sarah <swigser -at- ONE -dot- NET> Date:Tue, 20 Jan 1998 17:20:10 -0500
Hi,
I would like to find a book that goes through the process of writing a
manual/proposal in a very logical, step-by-step kind of way. We would like to
implement some policies and procedures but need some ideas and suggestions for
books to look at/buy. The ultimate goal is to be able to send a document to
everyone that states the steps that are followed every time, how deadlines work
into that, etc. Any suggestions?
