Thanks, I really appreciated the index summary.
I've been asked to write some online help using html for not so computer
literate users.
They are using a program which requires them to click on hypertext bullet list
options.
I think that hypertext, en masse, is messy and distracting, so I'm thinking of
making the bullets (in the help) clickable instead of the text.
But, this isn't consistent with the program.
I'm interested in what you'all think. Which way is web/help design going? Is
hypertext on the way out?
Are there any good innovative web pages I should check out?
I'll summarise for the list.
Thanks in advance.
