KNOWware is recruiting for two positions:
Content developer with emphasis on developmental editing of procedures and
writing software procedures. Two-three years of experience as a technical
writer in a business procedures or software environment. Familiarity with
Windows Help or HTML preferred but not required.
System administrator/test lead for an NT environment. Requires at least 1
year support NT server and NT or Windows 95 workstations. Prefer at least 1
year of experience in a software development environment doing testing of
Windows Help, HTML, Java, VB applications, client/server applications, and
web server applications. Potential for growth into testing management.
Benefits include reimbursement for NT certification training.
Both positions are full-time, permanent. Benefits include Medical, Dental,
