A Western New York firm needs a person with a very strong
technical
documentation project manager background. The company is involved with
software & internet products. They're looking for someone who can take
ownership of the whole project; the deliverable will be the documentation.
The salary range is $40K (negotiable). Must be able to work as a
project
leader, meet deadlines, manage, elicit
information from SMEs, and design/write/edit. Sensitivity to, and
knowledge of, putting together a deliverable both in hardcopy and CD
format. Intense interaction with IT group.
The project is very technical, but they seem to be more interested
in someone who can manage the documentation process as well as write--a
technical communicator in the broadest sense of the word.
If you like cutting-edge stuff, this is for you. Dynamic company.
