"What Document Designers Can Learn From Readers"
Dr. Karen Schriver, author of Dynamics in Document Design, discusses
issues in designing and authoring usable documents. Presentation
includes two video segments demonstrating reader interactions with
different documents, and a question-and-answer period at the end.
