Thanks to all who responded to my "right-click menu" question. We have
decided to go with something like:
"Right-click [object]. Choose [action] from the pop-up menu."
(Actually, everyone but me wants to eliminate "from the pop-up menu," but I
think it's useful for idiots like me that are
always hitting the wrong mouse button)
Then we will put an item in the book's introduction that explains what we
mean by "right-click" (secondary mouse button).
