Subject:Training From:Damien Braniff <Damien_Braniff -at- PAC -dot- CO -dot- UK> Date:Fri, 13 Feb 1998 11:41:48 +0000
I'm posting this for our training manager. Been a trainer for several
years but has no training qualification. What he'd like to know is:
Is there any "formal" qualifications for trainers and if so what is it?
If (1) exists, are there courses he could attend (preferably UK!)?
Is there an Institute/Society of Trainers where he could get more info?
Join?
We are currently working closely with the trainers trying to ensure what is
taught ties in with what's in the manuals, seeing how both can be improved
etc. All help/comments welcome.
TIA
