Don't fool around with us--call your appropriate state agency and
find out what the Worker's Comp covers. Here in NYS at least, you
can buy Workers' Comp thru something called the State Insurance Fund. I
don't know if Workers' Comp is a state- or federal-regulated deal. I don't
know if you can buy it thru individual ins cos. or not, but given the
gov't regs, what it covers should be uniform.
