Check the Wish List on FrameUsers.com. That's a pretty complete list
of what people don't like about the program.
For me, the worst annoyances are poor footnote handling (especially
for tables) and somewhat difficult equation editing (in particular, it
takes a long time to display equations and it's a pain setting up
in-line fractions like 7/16).
