firm, is looking to staff long-term assignments in the Baltimore area. You
will be responsible for:
** working with internal customers to identify training and documentation
requirements and develop learning objectives
** working closely with subject matter experts to determine work flows and
business processes
** designing and developing a variety of training and documentation solutions
including student/instructor guides, lecture/lab materials, self-paced, and
computer based training programs
The successful consultants will possess:
** a minimum of 4 years experience in training, instructional design or
technical writing
** excellent writing and interpersonal skills
** experience developing storyboards desired
