Tom Gillen asked me to post the "whackpile" of font resources I was sent
last week, when I went searching for the Terminator font. Well, here
they are. I will begin with my three favorites; I strongly suggest you
visit and bookmark at least these three sites:
http://members.aol.com/capnonion/fontindexnj.html "Mostly Harmless"
contains 501 downloadable True Type Fonts (with samples), arranged
alphabetically. A must see if you are looking for a font that is "off
the beaten path". I have printed the 41 pages listing all the fonts.
http://members.aol.com/JR9er/index.html Probably the ultimate collection
of True Type Font resources. "If it's not listed, it ain't on the web"
Have to agree here! 782 links to make a font fanatic freak... This site
is where I found "Mostly Harmless".
http://www-cgrl.cs.mcgill.ca/~luc/freefonts.html Luc Devroye's listing
of font archives. A great starting point when you're looking for font
sites. Includes links for Mac fonts, TTFs, and PostScript fonts.
The following sites are all very valuable as well. You won't be wasting
your time to check them out
