Subject: Style Guide Reference Material
----------
Our area needs to develop a style guide which contains things like:
format for documenting a process flow
content suggestions for operations, support or user manuals for a typical software application
format for documenting department standards
typical documents (ex. letters, memos, reports, meeting minutes)
Are there any resources available that offer this kind of information?
Much Appreciated,
Tammy S. Guth, Technical Editor
