Job Description:
Develop technical information for software and hardware products, including
new product documentation as well as updates to existing documentation for
introduction/overview, installation, and maintenance activities.
Required Skills:
Requires 2 to 4 year Degree in Technical Writing, along with 5 years
technical writing experience developing hardware and or software
documentation.
Experience developing on-line documentation and or help is highly
desirable.
Experience using Framemaker, Acrobat, and Pagemaker software and
telecommunications/telephony experience is desirable, but not necessary.
