Hello--
I was just wondering if any of y'all know about any salary surveys for
technical writers for 1997-98. I have found the 1997 STC information.
However, what I really need is regional information (I am in the
Dallas area), preferably broken down into years of experience. We are
working on salary ranges and levels of experience, and I am trying to
find data to back up my recommendations. The problem is that my gut
instinct says that salaries in this area are higher than what the
current national salary surveys say, but I don't have anything to back
that up.
Thanks, and I appreciate any suggestions for sources.
Susan
